The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role builds lasting client relationships, contributes to sales goals, and supports a positive, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations informed by customer needs and product knowledge.
• Grow individual sales through wardrobing, client outreach, and digital tools for clienteling.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and adapt service to remote and in-person interactions.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives and training, and provide feedback to management.
• Help coach colleagues and engage in talent sourcing and community outreach.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
