Summary

The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through thoughtful styling, product knowledge, and personalized service. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and helps uphold Ralph Lauren's store standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
• Grow personal business through clienteling, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and participate in community and store initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, support team training, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Provide feedback to management and help identify potential talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer sales preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
