Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service and curates personalized styling experiences to drive retail sales. They build lasting client relationships, leverage digital tools for clienteling, and support store visual and operational standards. This role contributes to team performance, coaches Brand Ambassadors, and participates in store and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations to enhance the Ralph Lauren lifestyle experience.
• Drive individual sales results and support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and use of digital clienteling tools.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors and relationship building skills.
• Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools like Polo Connect to support clienteling efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards and apply visual techniques per company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, hiring, and training activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
