Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer service and create personalized styling experiences that build lasting client relationships. They drive individual and store sales through proactive clienteling, product knowledge, and use of digital tools. This role supports store standards and serves as a development step toward future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and exceptional customer service to meet client needs.
• Drive sales by achieving individual KPIs and supporting team sales goals through outreach and clienteling.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and enhance relationship-building efforts.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training and store initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold brand policies and presentation guidelines.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
