Sales And Client Advisor - International Marketplace

As a Sales and Client Advisor at Balenciaga International Marketplace, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Director by ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will provide exceptional customer service, meet sales goals, and assist in the overall management of the store.

• Achieve sales goals and assist in opening and closing the store.
• Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain effective communication with all departments.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner.
• Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
• Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
• Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for fashion.
