Sales And Client Advisor - Royalmount

As a Sales and Client Advisor at Balenciaga Royalmount, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the store's daily operations. You will assist management in ensuring that opening and closing procedures are performed correctly and contribute to achieving sales goals.

• Achieve sales goals and assist in the opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure the stockroom is organized for easy access to merchandise.
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer complaints appropriately.
• Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
• Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention to minimize store shrinkage.
• Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Ability to provide excellent service to local and international clients in both French and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals.
