Sales Assistant - Manhasset

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant at Versace Manhasset, you will be an integral part of our team during the holiday season, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will act as a brand ambassador, enhancing client relationships and ensuring a luxurious shopping experience.

• Strive to increase brand and product knowledge.
• Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs.
• Assist Sales Associates in ringing, selling ceremony, and greeting clients.
• Ensure superlative customer service standards to meet customer expectations.
• Deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty.
• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service.
• Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met.
• Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Run product from the back of house to front of house.

• 1+ years of experience in retail, luxury experience preferred.
• Computer skills including operation of retail sales system, Word, Excel, and email.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
