Sales Associate - Aventura

Summary

The Sales Associate represents the Maison and works to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role develops client relationships and supports the daily operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide knowledgeable, attentive service throughout the client journey.
• Build and maintain client relationships, record client information, and resolve concerns or escalate them when needed.
• Support boutique events, daily opening and closing, merchandising, inventory, and other operational tasks.
• Follow security and operational policies and stay informed about industry news and competitors.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality; a college degree is preferred.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and to travel for training and client events.
