Sales Associate - Bal Harbour

As a Sales Associate at Van Cleef and Arpels in Bal Harbour, you will play a crucial role in a fast-paced luxury environment, developing long-lasting client relationships and providing exceptional service. You will report to the Boutique Director and be responsible for achieving sales goals and managing High Jewelry sales while building a network of loyal clients.

• Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
• Manage CRM initiatives, including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
• Travel as required for business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
• 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing.
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
• Natural curiosity for people and a commitment to providing excellent service.
