Brand Steward

Summary

The Brand Steward supports store presentation standards under the Visual Manager, serving as an ambassador for merchandising and visual presentation. This role focuses on maintaining elevated standards on the selling floor, partnering with Style Advisors and operations to ensure a premium client experience and assisting with projects and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandise presentation and store standards across departments
• Support and execute large scale relayering and visual projects
• Work on the selling floor to monitor and address presentation needs
• Support closing routine and follow close to open philosophy
• Partner with Style Advisors to uphold floor presentation and maintenance
• Serve as liaison between operations and selling teams
• Train and support fellow Brand Steward Associates
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail or fast paced environment experience
• Understanding of merchandising and visual presentation standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including opening, late day, weekends and holidays
• Client focused with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Proactive problem solver with creative and strategic abilities
• Professional and polished demeanor
