Sales Associate

Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. Works with the team to maintain merchandising standards, respond to customer inquiries, and complete transactions. Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Assist customers with styling, product selection, fittings, and follow-up service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and handle returns and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish inventory, and keep the sales floor organized.
• Support loss prevention efforts and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
