Summary

Provide attentive, personalized service to customers in the women's shoe department, helping to drive sales and achieve store goals. Maintain product knowledge, visual standards, and a polished presentation while working collaboratively with the sales team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and provide expert product recommendations and fitting assistance for women's footwear.
• Achieve individual and department sales targets through active selling and relationship building.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain floor sets, merchandise presentation, and stock replenishment to ensure a neat and inviting sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members on inventory, special orders, and client follow-up.

Requirements

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior retail or sales experience, preferably in footwear or apparel, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to stand and be active on the sales floor for extended periods and to assist with merchandising tasks.
