Summary
The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador and liaison between the client and the brand providing exceptional service from welcome to close. The role requires product expertise in luxury watches, strong client development skills, and support of store initiatives to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge
- Assist with inventory, opening and closing store duties, and special projects
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with direction from management
- Support company initiatives related to product launches and customer service
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment
- Strong organization, communication and follow up skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands with strong attention to detail
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
- Availability to work any day of the week including weekends
- Computer proficiency required
