Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods to enhance the client experience through welcoming service, assisting across store areas, and processing transactions. The role reports to a Senior Manager and requires flexibility for nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on service needs
• Serve in different areas of the store according to business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated issues and connect customers with management
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and order pickups
• Assist with alterations and fitting room experiences when needed
• Promote services such as alterations personalization food or beverage and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer centric role with demonstrated selling ability
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle escalations and follow up on customer requests
