Sales Associate responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences at the Chicago Premium Outlet location. Role involves clienteling, product and brand knowledge, supporting store operations, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a welcoming store environment
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Engage in clienteling and capture client data
• Initiate follow up on sales events and client inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Continuously seek feedback and improve performance

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product knowledge
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated customer focus and empathy
