Summary

The Sales Associate delivers an elevated luxury retail experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. The role focuses on building customer loyalty, developing client relationships, and supporting store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and achieve individual sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through clienteling, follow-up, and an up-to-date client book.
• Maintain visual standards, replenish merchandise, and keep the sales floor and fitting rooms ready for customers.
• Support markdowns, inventory, presale goals, stockroom organization, and store contests.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong clienteling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale and store systems; interest in fashion or design.
• Team-oriented, results-driven, positive, and flexible.
