Summary

The Sales Associate drives sales and service by providing an exceptional client experience, building client relationships, and supporting store operations. The role represents the brand through product knowledge, styling expertise, and elevated service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and other commercial KPIs.
• Welcome clients, provide styling and product expertise, and deliver a distinctive client experience.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
