Sales Associate - Chestnut Hill

As a Sales Associate at our Chestnut Hill location, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our home department. You will work closely with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Ticket, arrange, and display merchandise to promote sales.

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
