Sales Associate - City Center

Summary

The Sales Associate will achieve sales goals and balance daily business with High Jewelry sales. The role focuses on developing lasting client relationships and a loyal client network in a luxury boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend community social functions, invite current and prospective clients to boutique events, and conduct outreach using clienteling tools.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communications about new products and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
• Assist with daily display setup and breakdown while maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, curiosity about people, and commitment to excellent service.
