- Support in-store and offsite events and VIP client experiences.
- Adhere to security, operational, and procedural standards.
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts and inventory processes.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
