Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, expert styling, and exceptional customer service both in-store and digitally using retail technology. Role is onsite at the specified store location and reports to the Sales Manager. Focus on achieving personal sales targets, client conversion, and leveraging omni-channel tools to drive business.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized selling and styling.
• Provide exceptional in-person and remote customer service using digital tools.
• Demonstrate expert brand and fashion knowledge to influence purchases.
• Use store technology and omni-channel inventory to execute sales.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in fashion retail, styling, or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven commission sales experience and ability to meet sales goals.
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools.
• Motivated and self-directed with strong client service skills.
• Flexible availability to work store hours as required.
• Ability to work onsite at the specified store location.
