Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise on the sales floor for fine jewelry at the Aventura location. Support sales goals by building relationships with customers and delivering a luxury shopping experience. Represent the brand with professionalism and attention to detail in a high-end department store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess needs and recommend fine jewelry pieces.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on materials, craftsmanship, and care.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and showcases are organized and secure.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail sales.
• Proven customer service and selling skills with a focus on high-end clientele.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
