Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of fine jewelry on the sales floor at the Orlando store. Assist customers with product selection, educate them on features and care, and build relationships to achieve individual and store sales goals. Maintain merchandise presentation and follow store policies for transactions and security.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and offer product recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep displays stocked and organized.
• Follow inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail or jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods.
