Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Maintain product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and designer jewelry lines.
• Process sales, returns and layaways accurately while following store policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising, keep displays organized and assist with inventory and stock management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required by store schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise carefully.
