Summary

The Sales Associate 6 Home delivers outstanding customer service and drives sales on the retail floor of the Home department. The role involves deep product knowledge, assisting guests with selections, and maintaining merchandising standards. This position works a retail schedule to support store operations and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, build rapport, and drive product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels to company standards.
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries and returns.
• Collaborate with team members to support floor moves, events, and inventory tasks.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
