Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor is well organized and stocked.
• Support inventory replenishment, price changes, and floor moves as needed.

Requirements

• Typically 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home or department store merchandising.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light to moderate lifting.
