Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in the Home department at Bloomingdale's South Coast Plaza. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending products, and ensuring a luxury shopping experience. The associate supports merchandising, inventory management, and store operations to help achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide product knowledge and styling advice for Home merchandise.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate point-of-sale procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and maintaining visual standards in the Home department.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory; ensure accurate pricing and signage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in home goods, furnishings, or luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
