Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an exceptional and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture and maintain client data and relationships through clienteling
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and guest ready
• Adhere to company policies and retail procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent customer service role
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product knowledge
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Creative and innovative mindset with ability to embrace change
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
