Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences across all touch points and supporting daily boutique operations. The role involves developing client relationships, participating in events, and assisting with merchandising and inventory activities.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service before during and after sales to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow up
- Support and participate in in store and offsite events and networking as planned with management
- Assist with daily boutique set up breakdown and report maintenance issues
- Help with merchandising displays back stock maintenance and price changes
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and events
- Additional language skills and knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus
