Summary
Act as an ambassador of the Maison to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences across all touch points. Participate in daily boutique operations and support client relationship management and CRM initiatives. Maintain product knowledge, uphold brand image, and support after-sales service when dedicated resources are not available.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Greet and acknowledge customers and provide outstanding customer service before during and after sales
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow-up
- Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking as planned with management
- Assist with daily boutique set-up breakdown merchandising and maintenance of displays and back-stock
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits
- Resolve client issues escalate to management when needed and handle objections with ease
- Support special projects including price changes and back office responsibilities
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail service or hospitality environments
- College degree preferred
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office required SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training and events
- Additional language skills are a plus
