Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving individual and store sales, engaging in clienteling, and supporting store operations at the Hudson Yards location. Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Create a welcoming guest ready environment on the sales floor
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Execute client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Adhere to company policies and retail operating procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated customer empathy and commitment to service excellence
