Client Advisor who cultivates relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role involves in-store and digital selling using technology to outreach and service clients. Position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service and cultivate long term client relationships
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Sell to clients both in person and digitally using store technology
• Utilize omni channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize and grow individual business through outreach and technology usage
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with technology and digital selling tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
