Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Jimmy Choo in the San Diego Metro Area, you will be a stylish and sophisticated brand representative with a passion for customer engagement. You will support the sales team and deliver lasting client relationships in an inspiring and rewarding environment.

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Perform stock checks for customers and support Sales Associates.
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures.
• Maintain organization back of house to uphold standards and efficiency.
• Greet and interact with customers warmly and friendly.
• Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
• Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and complaints as needed.

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Prior experience using a POS system.
• A self-starter with the ability to drive results.
• Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional.
• Customer service focused with a passion for client and community engagement.
