Sales Associate - Kenwood Towne Centre

Summary

Join a retail team at a hiring event for roles in sales and support across women's apparel, shoes, handbags and accessories, and lingerie. Candidates will interview on-site with possible on-the-spot offers and work in a customer-facing sales environment at the Kenwood Towne Centre store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Process sales transactions and handle payments
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support inventory replenishment and stock organization
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding as required

Requirements

• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred
• Retail sales experience in apparel or accessories is a plus
• Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods
