The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client service from welcome to close, representing product expertise and company standards to drive sales and elevate the customer experience on Madison Ave.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive repeat business.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and competition.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory and special projects.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with direction from management.
- Support company initiatives related to product launches and customer service.
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Computer proficiency required.
