Sales Associate - Miami Design

Summary

The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving sales of Breitling timepieces. This role manages the customer experience from welcome to close, representing product knowledge and brand standards to exceed expectations and support store performance.

Responsibilities

• Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities while developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Maintain customer correspondence and follow established sales techniques and service standards.
• Develop and demonstrate strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
• Perform opening and closing duties, assist with inventory and special projects, and adhere to company policies.
• Support visual merchandising standards and participate in training of new associates as requested.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales.
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends, with flexibility as needed.
• Computer proficiency and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
