Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal styling both in-store and digitally. Role requires use of digital tools and omni-channel selling to achieve personal sales and wardrobing goals while reporting to the Sales Manager at the specified store location.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized engagement and styling.
- Demonstrate expert brand and product knowledge to drive sales.
- Use digital store technology and omni-channel inventory for outreach and selling.
- Achieve individual sales targets, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Strategize business growth through outreach and technology usage.
- Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic.
- Create a collaborative and positive work environment with colleagues.
- Service clients both in-person and remotely using company technology.
- Report performance and activities to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail.
- Experience selling on commission and meeting sales goals.
- Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools.
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site at the King of Prussia store location.
