Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver personalized service to drive sales
• Assist with product selection and merchandising on the sales floor
• Operate point of sale to process transactions accurately
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings
• Support fitting room and floor operations as needed
• Follow store procedures for returns and exchanges
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and work on the sales floor for extended periods
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn product knowledge across multiple departments
• Ability to pass background check as required
