Summary

Sales Associate for a luxury fashion brand at the Ontario Mills location responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, engaging in clienteling, and supporting store operations. The role requires flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays and familiarity with POS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide a welcoming guest ready environment where clients feel comfortable
• Build sales through styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge
• Deliver the core behaviors across the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with focus on customer service
• Experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
