• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Provide tailored product advice across all brand categories
• Develop and maintain long term client relationships using clienteling tools
• Deliver memorable customer experiences that reflect brand standards
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric mindset and relationship building skills
• Sales oriented with commercial awareness
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use clienteling tools and maintain client records
• Available to work seasonal part time hours
