Summary
The Client Advisor Stylist delivers exceptional luxury retail service by creating personalized client experiences, driving sales, and building long term relationships at the Cabazon Outlet. This role focuses on clienteling, styling across brand categories, and supporting boutique operations to meet sales and CRM targets. The position requires product knowledge, strong communication, and a customer focused approach to represent the brand impeccably.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach
- Deliver the couture service across all phases of the client journey including preparation and follow up
- Achieve sales, KPI and CRM targets and participate in clienteling campaigns
- Provide styling guidance and curate looks based on client preferences and trends
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on new arrivals and seasonal trends
- Assist with sales operations including POS transactions, returns, repairs and customer follow up
- Support merchandising and visual presentation, replenishment and stock awareness
- Collaborate with the team and liaise with visual team to uphold store standards
- Perform operational tasks such as shipping and receiving when required
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
- Strong client relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to operate retail POS and basic MS Office programs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving skills
- Team player with attention to service excellence
- Foreign language skills are a plus
