Sales Associate - Pentagon City

Summary

Retail sales positions available across departments including Accessories, At Home, Lingerie, Mens Apparel, Womens Apparel, and Shoes at the Pentagon City store. Candidates will participate in on-site interviews during the hiring event with potential on-the-spot offers and perform sales and support duties to meet customer needs and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge and styling guidance
• Process transactions and operate point of sale systems
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support inventory tasks including receiving and stocking
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets
• Participate in on-site hiring interviews and onboarding activities

Requirements

• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and professionalism for store environment
• Capacity to stand and move around the sales floor for shifts
