Provides an inspiring, personalized in-store shopping experience while supporting sales and profit goals. Represents the brand through exceptional customer service, teamwork, and consistent execution of store standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, build client relationships, and support outreach and client initiatives.
• Use selling tools and alternative purchasing options to connect customers with products.
• Support store initiatives, team training, and a collaborative customer-focused environment.
• Maintain sales floor standards, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Share feedback with management about customer needs and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Be available for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
