Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an inviting guest ready environment where clients feel welcome
- Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Execute the client journey to drive repeat business
- Cultivate and capture client data and relationships
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on inquiries and sales
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service role
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Enthusiasm for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent client service
