Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fitting and styling to customers in-store and through digital interactions, building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals while maintaining a customer-ready department and staying current on product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
• Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital tools such as text and social media
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain department presentation
• Collaborate with team members to support department operations
• Participate in trainings to stay updated on fashion and product knowledge
