Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and sell luxury makeup and skincare products in a high end department store setting. Engage customers through in person and digital interactions, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and support department presentation and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Engage customers to understand needs and build customer relationships
• Achieve sales goals through in store and digital selling including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to stay customer ready
• Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
