Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup applications skincare analysis and product recommendations in a luxury beauty department. Engage customers both in-store and digitally to build relationships drive sales and support beauty events and services. Maintain department presentation and stay current on beauty trends and brand knowledge through training.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell beauty products to meet customer needs
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Engage customers digitally using text and social media to grow sales and customer following
• Process sales refunds and exchanges while enrolling customers in rewards programs
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
• Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
• Meet and set sales goals using available selling tools
