Summary
Act as an ambassador of the maison to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences across all touch points. Participate in daily boutique operations, support after sales clients, and proactively develop a client portfolio through relationship building and CRM initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service including greeting clients and maintaining product knowledge
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow up
- Support after sales clients and escalate issues to management as needed
- Assist with in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives
- Assist with daily boutique set up, breakdown, merchandising and back-stock maintenance
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure audit readiness
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- Availability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday and one weekday consistently
- College degree preferred
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus
- Willingness to travel for trainings, client events and conferences
