Summary

The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service, act as a brand expert, and support store sales goals and daily operations. Reporting to the Store Director, this role involves client relationship management, product knowledge, and contributing to team performance to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales and support store targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise
• Maintain an active and organized client book with meaningful data
• Contact clients regularly and follow up on sales or client requests
• Advise clients using knowledge of trends and fashion history
• Participate in a collaborative team environment and communicate constructively
• Execute daily operational tasks per company directives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to drive results in a selling role
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
