Summary
As a Boutique Sales Associate you will act as an Ambassador of the Maison delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and supporting daily boutique operations in the Soho location.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during and after sales
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow up
- Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, merchandising and maintenance of displays and back-stock
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities
- Adhere to security and operational policies and procedures for the Maison
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and events
- College degree preferred
- Computer savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of timepiece movements and additional language skills are a plus
- Customer service focus and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
